Our spectacular 14 day Waterfall Cruises travel along the Kimberley coast between the Berkeley River and Derby, and form the major part of a 16 day Holiday Cruise Package between Darwin & Broome. This package includes a flight between Darwin & Kununurra, a seaplane flight between Kununurra & the Berkeley River, accommodation in Kununurra & Broome (including dinner & breakfast) plus various land based tours of Kununurra, Derby and/or Broome. All meals, transfers and excursions are included, with the exception of an optional scenic helicopter flight over the Mitchell Plateau.

This 12 day/11 night exploration cruise departs from and returns to the township of Derby. Guests in Broome will be transferred to Derby by bus on the day of departure. Those in Derby will be picked up by bus when Discovery One is ready to leave port. At the conclusion of the cruise, passengers will be transferred by bus back to their accommodation in Derby or Broome. While this cruise covers all the well known places of interest, it will also include places our Captain has recently discovered but which are not listed in this itinerary. Be prepared for some delightful surprises!

Our High Season Cruise Packages take advantage of the glorious weather in the north west between June & August; the peak season for viewing the Kimberley and escaping the cold of a southern winter! This package commences and finishes in Broome, with accommodation provided before and after the cruise (including dinners & breakfasts) plus land based tours of Broome & Derby. One of the highlights of these cruise packages is a scenic light air, low altitude flight between Broome and the Mitchell Plateau, as well as a scenic helicopter flight over the Plateau itself. The perfect way to see the Kimberley coast by land, sea and air!

Our Great River Cruise Packages finish off the season in the Kimberley. The weather is usually calm and mellow with warm evenings that are perfect for viewing the stunning sunsets of the north west. As you explore the amazing Kimberley coast there is always the possibility of some whale spotting as the Humpbacks come to the area to breed during the cooler months. Like our Waterfall Cruises, these Cruise Packages are between Broome & Darwin and include a flight between Darwin & Kununurra, a seaplane flight between Kununurra & the Berkeley River, accommodation in Kununurra & Broome (including dinner & breakfast) plus various land based tours of Kununurra, Derby and/or Broome. All meals, transfers and excursions are included, with the exception of an optional scenic helicopter flight over the Mitchell Plateau.

Please Note: Cruise 14 concludes in Wyndham, not the Berkeley River, and does not include a seaplane flight. Instead, we are offering a longer land based tour of Kununurra, the Ord River and Lake Argyle.
A single passenger will be charged the single rate plus a single supplement of 50% only if they wish to have a cabin to themselves. If they are willing to share, they will be charged only the single rate, and we will endeavour to find another passenger of the same gender to share with them. If we don't find another passenger only the single rate applies.
